Yes — modules are mapped to the CQC five key questions (safe, effective, caring, responsive, well-led) and the new single assessment framework. Audit-trail exports are PDF + CSV. Where your local inspectorate wants a specific format, we ship a working version in 2 weeks for you to test before you commit.
Can we replace our existing MAR system with this?+
Yes, but only if we've checked your prescribing flow with you first. We migrate from paper MAR, eMAR providers and spreadsheet logs — usually with a 4-week parallel-run period for safety.
Is it suitable for domiciliary / supported living too?+
Yes — the same platform covers domiciliary visits with GPS check-in, supported living and extra-care. The modules turn on per service.
What about NHS DSPT and Cyber Essentials?+
We can support your NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit submission and Cyber Essentials Plus — the platform is UK-hosted, encrypted, with audit logging built in. We've prepped a transport operator through Cyber Essentials this year using the same stack.
How does it handle safeguarding referrals?+
