Building a custom LLM from scratch — that's a £100k+ ML team job; we integrate frontier models, we don't train new ones.

A chatbot for the sake of a chatbot — if AI is the wrong answer for the problem, we'll say so on the call.

An indemnity for AI hallucinations — we design constraints (RAG grounding, structured outputs, tool use) to reduce risk; we don't promise zero.

Will our customer data train someone else's model?+

No. We use enterprise-grade providers with no-training-by-default terms, named in the DPA. We can route via UK-region inference where available.

How do we keep the AI from making things up?+

Three layers: grounding (RAG over your docs only), structured outputs (the model returns a typed schema), and a human-approval step on anything that touches money or sends a message.

Can we own the prompts and AI logic?+

Yes — every prompt is versioned in your private repo alongside the rest of the code. You own it. You can swap the underlying model later without a rebuild.
