/// Speed pledge

Our speed
pledge.

The honest commitment we make every quote. Plain English, no lawyer-speak. Linked from every contract.

The pledge

If we don't have a working production MVP of your project in your hands within 6 weeks of contract signing, we refund 50% of the build cost paid to date and you keep the code under MIT licence.

Applies to every fixed-price project signed after the contract date. Out clauses below.
/// How we can offer this

Not a marketing stunt. An ops choice.

We run our own ops on the same stack

Sifotech runs production businesses on the same modern web + AI stack we'd build yours on. No experimenting on your project.

AI-native engineering

Sifotech AI pairs with the engineering team on every commit. Days of work compressed into hours. No agency-shaped team meetings.

Reusable modular product chassis

Auth, billing, email, audit logs, RBAC, file storage — already built, hardened on live products. We assemble, not invent.

Fixed scope contract

You can change scope at any point — but the 6-week clock resets. Honest exchange, no hidden trade.

/// What counts as 'working MVP'

The deliverables checklist.

All six must be true on day 42 from contract signing.

Deployed to a production URL you can show real users
Core happy-path works end-to-end
Authentication + user data persistence
Payment wired (if applicable to scope)
Mobile responsive
GDPR-compliant data flows
/// What doesn't count

The honest exceptions.

An MVP is not a finished platform. We're plain about what we won't be done with in 6 weeks.

Feature-complete platform with every edge case covered
Third-party integrations we couldn't get accounts approved for in time (e.g. marketplace payments underwriting, app-store review)
Custom hardware integrations (printers, IoT, kiosks)
Native iOS / Android app store submissions (a PWA counts; store builds add 2-4 weeks)
/// Out clauses

When the pledge pauses or voids.

Honest list. No hidden gotchas. Every clause is in the signed contract before you pay a penny.

Client unresponsive for more than 5 working days
Scope changed mid-build (clock resets to the change date, not voided)
Third-party dependency we couldn't substitute (e.g. a regulator-mandated vendor blocks integration)
Force majeure — outages, illness, family emergency. Pledge re-engages on resumption.
