Can drivers use the app offline — in lifts, basements, on motorway dead-spots?+
Yes. The driver app uses offline-first sync — jobs accepted, signatures captured and POD photos queue locally and post when the device reconnects. We run this in production today.
Will it work with our existing customers' booking habits?+
Yes. You keep your phone number, your inbox and your WhatsApp — we wrap them. Phone bookings stay in the office, WhatsApp can auto-route through the AI quoter, and the portal is for self-serve regulars.
Can we run NHS Patient Transport on the same platform?+
Yes — we already have an NHS PTS variant of X-Eagle with wheelchair flags, multi-leg trips and DTAC-aligned data handling. Ask for the PTS spec sheet on the call.
What about driver hours, walk-around checks and DVSA paperwork?+
That's a separate module on the same platform — ComplyOS handles DVSA-aligned walk-arounds, driver hours and audit trail. One login covers operations and compliance.
How fast can we go live?+
