Can you integrate with our existing till / POS?+
Sometimes yes, sometimes no — and we'll tell you which on the call. For most independents we replace the order-intake screen entirely with a thermal-printer + KDS combo that's cheaper and faster.
What about Apple Pay, Google Pay and card payments?+
Yes — Apple Pay, Google Pay, card and Klarna where it makes sense. Hidden during launch test mode, flipped on for real money once we've smoke-tested with a £1 real order.
Will it replace Just-Eat / Deliveroo / Uber Eats?+
It gives you a direct channel. Most kitchens we work with keep one marketplace for discovery and use the direct channel for repeat customers — typically 30–50% of orders migrate within 90 days.
We don't market as 'halal' — does it support per-item dietary badges?+
Yes — dietary badges (vegan, halal, gluten-free, contains nuts) are per-item, configurable, never assumed about the whole menu. Marketing copy is yours, not ours.
What about drivers — do we need them?+
Optional. Dine-in + collection only is a one-line config flip (we've already done it for a sister tenant). Self-delivery uses the X-Eagle driver app. Or plug a third-party fleet via API.
Can we white-label this for other restaurants?+
