What it'll track.
HeartLog turns the £30 home BP monitor into something a GP actually wants to read. ABPM Mode runs a structured 24/36/48-hour ambulatory log with reminders and pattern detection. Lifestyle tags capture tinnitus episodes, reflux, hearing changes and sleep. Export PDF for clinic visits.
