X-Eagle is our own UK same-day courier business. We needed to replace a stack of spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and a single payment link with one platform: real-time dispatch, driver apps for iOS and Android, a CRM to work the 800+ businesses we had already touched, and invoicing that closed the loop with the accountant.
It had real customers and real revenue, but couldn't scale. Every new booking was a manual copy-paste, every driver hand-off needed a phone call, and quotes routinely fell through the cracks. The brief was simple: keep the operation running while we replaced the stack, and ship in weeks not quarters.
We built and operated the platform live alongside the team, using real bookings as the test data. Everything that hit production was a real customer with a real parcel and a real driver — no staging mode, no demos.
