Tools your patients actually use —
GDPR-first, NHS-aligned.
Patient self-monitoring, structured ABPM logs, tinnitus therapy and hearing self-check — designed to land in a GP's inbox without adding to their workload.
We've lived this.
If you're a GP, audiologist or allied health clinician, you already know the gap. We've shipped two tools into it.
Home BP logs come in on the back of an envelope. ABPM hardware is rationed and the diary is always full.
Tinnitus patients hear 'live with it' and the next available specialist is six months out — the NHS has no treatment pathway.
Hearing referrals are pinned to whether the patient can get to a high-street chain — community self-check is missing.
Anything you recommend has to be free at the point of use, GDPR-clean, and not add a single hour to your week.
Real software, mapped to your work.
HeartLog (patient ABPM)
Free-forever home BP and 24/36/48-hour ABPM journal. Lifestyle tags, medication log, clinic-ready PDF export. Built around a real GP-issued ABPM in May 2026.
HushOS (tinnitus therapy)
Browser-based pitch-match, notch therapy, neuromod, CBT and sleep programmes. 7m UK adults have tinnitus and no NHS pathway. Free-for-all PWA.
Hearing self-check
Inside HushOS: a hearing self-check that gives patients a structured result they can take to the GP. Community-facing entry to audiology pathways.
Bespoke clinical builds
Custom SaaS or PWA for your service: medication adherence, post-discharge follow-up, structured PROMs / PREMs capture. Cyber Essentials and DTAC-aware.
Real numbers,
not a pitch deck.
Fixed prices.
No surprises.
We host. You point patients at the URL. Optional co-brand from £3k.
Your clinic's brand on a patient-facing tool. UK-region hosting.
4–8 weeks. DPIA template + DTAC alignment notes included.
Verifiable, not aspirational.
Honest answers.
Where we're genuinely uncertain we say so — and we ship a working spike in 2 weeks for you to test before you commit.
Is HeartLog regulated as a medical device?+
HeartLog is a logging and journaling tool — it does not interpret BP or make clinical decisions. It is positioned as a patient-facing tracker that produces clinician-readable PDFs. For any deployment that crosses into interpretation we work to the MHRA Software as a Medical Device guidance.
What about NHS DTAC?+
Both products are designed with DTAC in mind: clinical safety statement template, data protection compliance, technical security baseline and accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA). We support trusts through DTAC submission.
Where is patient data held?+
UK-region hosting, encryption at rest and in transit. For HeartLog and HushOS the default is user-owned local-first data with optional account sync. We provide a DPIA template per deployment.
Can you integrate with NHS App / EMIS / SystmOne?+
We're building toward NHS Login + GP Connect for patient-facing tools. Direct EMIS / SystmOne integration is feasible for specific use-cases — we ship a working integration spike for you to test in 2–3 weeks before committing.
Will patients actually use it?+
HeartLog and HushOS are PWAs — no app store install, no friction. We measure activation week-1 and report it back honestly. If activation is too low for your cohort, we'll tell you, not pad the numbers.
